Shoulders: Measure the width of the back across the broadest part of shoulders, from shoulder point to shoulder point (where the shoulder meets the arm)
Chest: Measure fully around the broadest part of chest (tape should rest over the nipples)
Bust: Measure fully around the broadest part of bust (tape should rest over the nipples)
Waist: Measure around your true waist, the widest part of your stomach. This will typically be at the level of your belly button
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of the hips and buttocks, making sure the tape is over the largest part of your buttocks
Arm Length: Get help for this one because it’s hard to do yourself. Place your hand at your waist (your elbow should be bent at a 90-degree angle). Then start at the middle of the back of your neck and measure to your shoulder, down your arm to the elbow, and then on to the wrist.
