Shipping & Payment Information
With most in-stock items, we ship within three to five (3 - 5) business day of receiving the order. Please note, shipments are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. All orders shipping to addresses in the United States are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Once the order is shipped, you should receive in 2 to 3 days.
If you place an order online, you can check the status of your order via the email confirmation you receive. The email confirmation will provide a USPS shipment tracking number. Through www.usps.com, you can track your shipment delivery.
All international orders including Canada are shipped International First Class Mail. At this time, shipment delivery of these orders cannot be tracked online.

Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise including shipping and handling fees for all orders. We will not charge your credit card until the date we ship your gear to you. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We cannot be responsible for typographical errors when typing in your credit card information. However, if we do find an error we will be sure to contact you to correct the information.
Returns & Exchanges
All Atayne gear comes with our love guarantee - if you do not love your Atayne gear, please contact us and we will right any wrong.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please call us at +1.888.456.0470 or send us an email through the form below. We will supply you with a shipping label to send the product(s) back to us and promptly send you a new item or refund your credit card.
